Will you top up my plan?
Topup Postcard only sends reminders. You recharge through your carrier’s own app, website, or stores. Topup Postcard is independent and not affiliated with any carrier.
Which plans can I add?
Any prepaid voice, data, or hotspot plan on a US carrier.
When does the note arrive?
3 days before expiry by default, plus the last day. You can choose 1–7 days.
Is there a fee?
None. Topup Postcard is free to use and never asks for payment details.
Can I delete my information?
Yes. Email info@topuppostcard.forum and we’ll erase it within 45 days. Reply STOP to end texts right away.
Who can sign up?
Adults 18+ with a US mobile number.
